I live in TN. I have friends/family in St. Joe and St. Cloud. So, what am I to do when I can't be there? Write to Floral Arts and I know they will come through for me with just about anything I ask of them. They've done it more than once. I can be 1,000 miles away and know that my loved ones are well taken care of ALL the time. And, yes, I've met every one of these wonderful people in person when I'm in St. Joe. Fantastic all round and love the kitties!
