I had a great experience with Floral Arts. I live in Oregon, and only found out the details of a memorial service the night before the event. I placed an order around 10pm, and crossed my fingers they could get the order put together and delivered in time the next day. A lovely woman called me in the morning, let me know they got my order and would be able to meet my very short timeline, and then discussed what substitutions I would like for a flower they didn't have in stock. I really appreciated such excellent communication. They even texted a photo of the finished arrangement, which looked even lusher than what I had ordered. Highly recommend.
